Responsibilities Include:

Assist the head cook in preparing dishes. Ensure the quality of different dishes. Storage of food, both incoming stock and leftovers. Ensure that all items are appropriately cleaned and ready for use before and after each shift. Keep the station in working order and fully stocked. Ensure that the kitchen meets sanitation standards. Keep cooking utensils organized.
